Review existing handbooks that usually embrace punitive perspectives with the goal of rewriting them to embrace restorative perspectives

School/District Improvement Plans

Assist in reviewing any existing plans to update them and make sure they include restorative/climate efforts; not just academic improvement

Walk-Through Rubrics

Create rubrics for schools/districts that will allow administrators to conduct “walk through” observations to assess quality of the climate and restorative efforts 

School Climate (& Workplace Environment) Surveys

Student

Work with school (teams/administrators) to implement surveys (if necessary) and interpret data and create strategies/plans to realize improvement

Parent/Guardian

Student Reporting Forms

Assistance in the creation of forms for students to report incidents of mistreatment

Data gathering mechanisms

Assistance in determining which data should be collected and how to track that data over time
