Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)/Toxic Stress/Trauma sponsored by CIRMA Materials

This is the most recent ACEs Scale (PEARLS).  Scoring is still based on the original ten (10) questions.  The additional questions/scoring apparently are figured in to assess Low, Moderate or High Risk.  So, for example if an individual scores a “3”, but has an additional 2 - 3 factors from the additional questions, that likely would move that person from low to moderate risk; this is much more subjective.
